Kinder Farm Park Disc Golf Course

Kinder Farm Park covers 288 acres off Jumpers Hole Road in Millersville, and Anne Arundel County runs it as a regional park built around a preserved farm — livestock pens, a 1925 farmhouse museum, a tobacco barn and a visitor center full of farming artifacts. The Friends of Kinder Farm Park list an eighteen-hole disc golf course among the park's facilities, sharing the grounds with a 2.4-mile paved perimeter trail, miles of natural-surface trails, two rental pavilions, a playground and picnic areas. The park is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to dusk, closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

This is one of the county's four gated regional parks, so it isn't a free round: a daily pass runs $8 per vehicle, $5 for a vehicle with a disability placard, and free for service-connected military and veterans with ID. An annual pass is $40 for county residents and $50 for non-residents, with a $40 lifetime senior pass at 60 and up. Terrain is gentle — USGS elevation data puts the course near 89 feet above sea level on the Anne Arundel coastal plain — and the aerial shows the familiar farm-park mix of large mowed fields broken by hedgerows and woodlots.
