Scarboro Hills Disc Golf Course

Scarboro Hills sits on Sandy Hook Road in Street, up in Harford County's rural piedmont, and unlike most Maryland courses it isn't tucked into a corner of a multi-use park — the county land is given over to the disc golf course itself. Harford County has owned and operated it since it was established in 2004. The layout runs 18 holes over rolling ground that moves between woods and open field, with multiple pin positions cut for every hole and dual tees on most of them, so the same property can be set short or long depending on the day.

Targets are a mix of DISCatcher baskets on the short (red) positions and DGA Mach 3s on the alternate long positions, thrown from Fly 18 rubber tee pads. It's free to play, open sunrise to sunset, and there's no pro shop or rental on site — bring your own discs. USGS elevation data puts the course near 296 feet above sea level, well above the coastal-plain courses closer to Baltimore and Annapolis, and the aerial shows a property that is mostly closed canopy with a handful of field openings cut into it.
