Disc golf in Columbus

Columbus Recreation and Parks runs disc golf at three sites: Walnut Hill on the Far East side, Griggs Reservoir along the Scioto, and the 27-hole championship course at Hoover Reservoir. Two of those are maintained by the Columbus Flyers Disc Golf Club under lease agreements with the city — the club looks after a dozen courses across central Ohio. The land here is glaciated and mostly gentle, so the layouts that stand out get their character from old golf ground and reservoir shoreline rather than from big climbs. Below are the courses we've fully profiled, with terrain, difficulty and a live 'playable today?' read.
