Disc golf in Silver Spring

Silver Spring is home to Montgomery Parks' first 18-hole disc golf course, opened in late 2025 at Northwest Branch Recreational Park next to the National Capital Trolley Museum. It's a free, beginner-friendly layout built as two nine-hole loops, part of Montgomery Parks' broader push to add disc golf across the county after Seneca Creek State Park stood for years as the area's only real option.
