Disc golf in Owensboro

Owensboro sits on the Ohio River in western Kentucky, and most of its disc golf is in the county park system rather than inside the city limits. Visit Owensboro's own course rundown names four places to play locally: Yellow Creek Park and Panther Creek Park, both 18-hole county courses; an 18-hole campus course at Kentucky Wesleyan College; and a 9-hole private home course. We currently cover Yellow Creek Park, the Daviess County park just east of town whose original 18-hole layout has been in place since 1999 and which now holds a second full 18 as well.
