H.B. Clark Disc Golf Course at Kereiakes Park

Spero Kereiakes Park sits on Fairview Avenue just northeast of downtown Bowling Green, a short walk from the Barren River, and its disc golf course has been there since 1983. The Bluegrass Disc Golf club publishes the layout hole by hole: 18 holes, with a second, longer tee position on nine of them. Short pads run from 210 feet on hole 1 to 375 on hole 7; the longest listed shot is 435 feet from the back tee on hole 3. Neither the club nor any other approved source publishes an official par or total length, and we could not independently confirm whether the course carries a fee.

This is an open-park course rather than a woods course. Current USGS aerial imagery shows mown ground with mature scattered trees and tree lines dividing the fairways, bordered by the park's tennis courts and ball fields to the south and a cemetery to the southwest. The park's path network is the defining hazard: under the club's posted rules the 2 meter rule is in effect, and anything on or beyond pavement or on or beyond a gravel walking trail is out of bounds — a condition that applies on nine of the 18 holes. Two holes play through mandatory trees, and missing the mando on 15 sends you back to the short tee.
