Disc golf in Augusta

Augusta's public disc golf sits inside Pendleton King Park, 64 acres of former King family land in the middle of town that opened as a park in 1966 and is run by the Augusta Richmond County Recreation and Parks Department. Volunteers built Augusta's first course here in 1989 and restructured it in 2009, pushing holes into the wooded sections and naming each one for a different bird. It's free to play during park hours.
